On December 3, 2009 at approximately 2:30p.m. Seal was being supervised in a secured courtyard area of the Hawaii State Hospital. He scaled a chained link fence and fled towards Kaneohe Town area.
Seal is committed to the Hawaii State Hospital for Kidnapping and a Sexual Assault offense since April 22, 2002.
