1/28/2012 - Wanted Fugitive: Deborah DUDOIT

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Deborah Dudoit who is wanted for three warrants totaling $76,000 for failure to comply with terms and conditions of supervised release.

On April 6, 2008, a female checked into the Turtle Bay Resort  and during a three day stay made charges to a credit card. The owner of the card was contacted due to numerous charges and stated that her credit card had been stolen. Security and police went to the h9otel room and located two females. One of the females was identified as Dudoit and placed under arrest for Identity Theft in the Third Degree, Theft in the Second Degree, Forgery in the Second Degree, and Identity Theft in the Second Degree.

 

On April 15, 2009, a female attempted to pay for her meal at the Zippy’s Restaurant located on Kamehameha Highway, with a check and a passport of a male. The female was asked for her identification and stated that it was in her vehicle. She exited the restaurant and got into a vehicle and fled. The manager of Zippy’s was able to obtain a license number and called the police. The female was later positively identified as Dudoit and placed under arrest for Forgery in the Second Degree, Identity Theft (2x’s), and Theft in the Fourth Degree.

 

On November 2, 2010, a female entered Long’s Drug Store in Kaneohe and attempted to make a purchase with a credit card with a male’s name. The cashier asked her who the male on the credit card was. The female stated that it was her husband and was asked for identification. The female went to a vehicle and returned with a passport of a male with the same name as the credit card.  While the cashier was checking with the credit card company the female grabbed the items and fled into a vehicle. The license number was obtained by the manager and police were called. The credit card was left behind and was found to have been taken in a burglary that occurred early in the day. The vehicle was stopped on Wailehua Road and the female was positively identified as Dudoit.  She was placed under arrest for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, Identity Theft, Credit Card theft, and Theft in the Third Degree.

1/14/2012 - Wanted Fugitive: Louie SOUZA

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Louie Souza who is wanted for a $100,000 cash only Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Motion of Revocation of Probation and Resentencing on November 30, 2011.

 

On January 25, 2010, at approximately 7:00 a.m., a witness observed two males searching a storage unit attached to a home located on Kaneana Street.  The witness knew that the owners were off island and called the police.   The witness was able to provide a description of the males and the vehicle they had fled in.  Officers located the vehicle and the occupants in the Ewa Beach area.  One of the males was identified as Souza and placed under arrest for Burglary in the Second Degree.  While being searched due to the arrest, drugs and drug paraphernalia were found on his person.  He was subsequently arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

1/7/2012 - Wanted Fugitive: Chong Kun OH

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Chong Kun Oh who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation revocation warrant for failure to comply with terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On April 9, 2005, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Oh and his girlfriend got into an argument at the Sand Island Boat Harbor she left the area left with some friends and was later located by OH on Sand Island Parkway. Oh confronted the group and struck one of the vehicles with a hammer shattering the driver’s side window.   Oh got back in his vehicle and reversed towards one of the males that was attempting to calm him down. He struck the male with his vehicle causing him to fall backwards and continued to ram his vehicle into two other parked vehicles. Oh got out of his vehicle and was tackled by the males and detained until the police arrived.  He was placed under arrest for Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree. 

He has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Windward areas.

10/22/2011 - Wanted Fugitive: Donald G. SANTIAGO Sr.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Donald Santiago Sr. who is wanted for a No Bail Parole  Retake warrant for violating the terms and conditions of his probation.

On December 6, 1983, Santiago picked up several teenage girls and took them for a ride to Kona. During the ride, drugs and alcohol were provided by Santiago. At the end of the day he dropped off all but one of the females and drove her to a secluded cane field, threatened her with a weapon, and sexually assaulted her. He was later identified and arrested for Sexual Assault in the First Degree.

10/1/2011 - Wanted Fugitive: Carlo GUERVIL Jr.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Carlo Guervil Jr. who is wanted for a $40,000 Felony Contempt warrant for failure to comply with Court Order on August 30, 2011.

On June 16, 2009, at approximately 4:50 a.m., an officer responded to a call of a male sleeping in a white Ford Expedition, in the intersection of Fort Weaver Road and Parrish Drive. Upon his arrival he observed the vehicle with the engine still running and the driver asleep in the vehicle. The officer attempted to wake up the driver by knocking on the window. The officer opened the vehicle door after no response from the male and detected a strong odor of alcohol. The male exited his vehicle and attempted to flee from the officer. He was stopped and identified as Guervil and placed under arrest for Habitually Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of an Intoxicant, and Driving with a Revoked License. Guervil had three prior convictions for OVUII and or DUI within the past 10 years.

8/27/2011 - Wanted Fugitive: Hristo ILIEV

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Hristo Iliev who is wanted for a $25,000 Felony Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Tentative Change of Pleas on July 25, 2011.

On April 20, 2011, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a male entered Kailua Surfboards and Kayaks and attempted to sell four surf kites, and a kite board. The owner of the establishement had been contact earlier by the owner of the items and told of a burglary that occurred at his Diamond Head residence. The owner of the establishment recognized the items that were taken in the burglary and notified the police. The male was identified as Iliev and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

8/6/2011 - Wanted Fugitive: Randell GROOTERS

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Randell Grooters who is wanted for a $11,000 Probation Revocation warrant for violating terms and conditions of probation.

On March 10, 2004, the victim was walking on Lewers Street when he accidentally bumped into Grooters. The victim apologized and kept walking. Grooters followed the victim, struck him in the face, and broke his jaw. He was identified by witnesses and placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree.

1/12/2011 - Wanted Fugitive: Shae SQUIRE

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Shae Squire who is wanted for two $50,000 Felony Contempt warrants for failure to appear for sentencing on December 8, 2010.

On October  21, 2005, at approximately 11:15 a.m., loss prevention agent for Foodland observed a male remove items from the shelves and place them in the waistband of his pants. He exited the store without paying for the items and was detained outside by the loss prevention agent. The agent attempted to handcuff the male and was assaulted. Store employees assisted and were also assaulted during the struggle. Police arrived and placed him under arrest for Robbery in the Second Degree. He was identified as Shae Squire.

On December 4, 2008, at approximately 1:20 a.m., an intoxicated male called 911 asking to speak to an officer. The officer arrived at his residence on Kawaihae Street and spoke with a male identified as Squire. A computer check showed he had two outstanding warrants. Squire was placed under arrest and transported to the main police station. While in route Squire managed to reposition his handcuffs from the back to the front and began pounding on the partition. The officer stopped his vehicle to re-handcuff Squire. He became combative and assaulted the officer. Squire was placed under arrest for Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer in the First Degree.

12/18/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: Maria UNTALA

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Maria Untala who is wanted for two $11,000 Probation Revocation warrants for failure to comply with terms and conditions of probation.

On April 22, 2005, two females entered the Macy`s Store located in Ala Moana Shopping Center. One of the females was in a wheelchair while the other pushed her throughout the store. The females were seen on surveillance video removing items and placing them in a backpack that was hanging from the wheelchair. They were stopped outside of the sotre by Macy`s loss prevention after failing to pay for the items. Untala was identified and placed under arrest for Theft in the second degree.

On June 22, 2005, at approximately 1:40 p.m., the store security for Sam`s Club located at 750 Keeaumoku Street, observed three females enter the store. One of the females was in a wheelchair. The three women were seen on surveillance video removing electronic items and concealing them in the seat of the wheelchair then exit the store without paying for the items. Two of the women were detained and arrested. The third suspect fled the scene in a vehicle. A license plate number was obtained and the suspect was identified as Untala. On June 28, 2005, a preliminary hearing was scheduled for the two suspects at District Court. Upon arriving at court the detective observed Untala pushing one of the suspects in the wheelchair. She was positively identified and placed under arrest for Theft in the Second Degree.

10/20/2010 - Wanted Fugitive: Romain EDWARDS

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Romain Edwards who is wanted for two Felony Contempt warrants totaling $150,000 for failure to appear for sentencing on September 8, 2010.

On October 30, 2007, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a male was observed by an employee, rummaging through items on the Star of Honolulu that was docked at Pier 8. The male was confronted and attempted to flee on a moped. Two security  officer’s and the employee attempted to detain the male when he pulled out a knife and threatened them. Harbor Police arrived and were able to detain him. He was identified as Edwards and placed under arrest for three counts of Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree and Theft in the Fourth Degree.

 

On April 3, 2008, at approximately 9:40 p.m., under cover officers were conducting a narcotic operation to purchase any type of illicit drugs from dealers.

The officer made contact with a male who sold him an illicit drug. The male was detained and identified as Edwards. He was placed under arrest for Promoting Dangerous Drugs in the Second Degree.
