CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Emiliano Ruiz who is wanted for a two $35,000.00 Felony Contempt warrant for failure to appear for motion for revocation of probation and resentencing.

On May 4, 2004 at about 12:00 a.m., the complainant parked her moped fronting 822 Fort Street Mall and went into the establishment.  While speaking with the manager a male was observed pushing the moped and trying to kick start it.  The complainant ran after the suspect and wintesses helped chase the male who dropped the moped and fled.  Responding officers checked the area and located the maler later identified as Ruiz on River Street.  Ruis was positively identifed by the complainant and witness and placed under arrest for Theft 2.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Franko CHOSA who is wanted for two Felony Contempt warrants totaling $60,000.00.  One warrant for $45,000 is a felony contempt warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial Call on September 11, 2008 and a $15,000 cash only warrant for Failure to Comply with the Terms and Conditions of HOPE Probation. 

On August 8, 2004 at about 5:30 a.m. the victim was asleep in her living room and awoke to an unknown male fondling her breast.  The victim confronted the male and he fled.  On December 13, 2004 at 1:30 a.m. the victim was sitting in her living room and heard the sliding glass door open.  She observed the same male that entered her apartment in August and again confronted him.  The male fled and officers were able to locate Chosa and arrest him.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Branden KAKUGAWA who is wanted for a $250,000.00 Grand Jury Bench Warrant for Kidnapping, Robbery, and Firearm charges.  On June 16, 2007 at about 12:40 a.m., a male was dropped off at the Kaiser Moanalua Hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound to his stomach area.  The police were called and given false information about his injuries.  A witness was located and stated that he saw a white colored Infiniti drop off a male at the guard shack then fled towards the freeway.

At 5:45 a.m. detectives responded to a Kidnapping and Robbery case at Queen’s Medical Center.  The complainant stated that he was called by an acquaintance to meet to go cruising.  The complainant was driven to Round Top Drive and was met by Branden KAKUGAWA and an unknown African American male.  As the complainant exited the vehicle to allow the males into the back seat, he was shoved by Kakugawa and the other male then tied up in the back seat.  He was continuously beaten and robbed while being driven to different locations around the island.  The African-American male brandished a pistol and began hitting the complainant when the pistol discharged and the male was shot in the stomach.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Lorenzo Gibbs who is wanted for two (2) $30,000.00 Felony Contempt warrants totaling $60,000.00, for failure to appear for hearing on Motion for Sentencing of Repeat Offender and Sentencing on April 28, 2008.  While working at a security guard, Gibbs met the victim and moved in with her after a couple of dates.

On June 3, 2004 Gibbs was arrested for Abuse of Household Member, Terroristic Threatening and Theft after getting into a physical confrontation with his girlfriend.
