5/16/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Steven NICODEMUS

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Steven Nicodemus who is wanted for a $250,000 Contempt warrant for failure to appear for Motion for Deferred Acceptance of Guilty Pleas and /or Sentencing on April 29, 2015.

 

On September 21 and 25, 2014, Nicodemus got into an argument with his girlfriend that escalated to a physical confrontation that caused injuries to the victim.  On both occasions he fled prior to the arrival of police officers.

On September 26, 2014, officers located Nicodemus on Kamehameha Highway in the Kahuku area and placed him under arrest for two counts of Abuse of a Household Member. While being searched due to the arrest drugs and drug paraphernalia was found on his person.  Nicodemus was subsequently arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

 

Suspect:   Steven Nicodemus

Weight:      210 lbs.

5/2/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Louella HERNANDEZ

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Louella Hernandez who is wanted for a $50,000 cash only Contempt warrant for failure to appear on January 21, 2015 for HOPE Warning hearing.

On November 3, 2013, at approximately 3:44 a.m., an officer stopped a female for riding a moped on South Beretania Street without any headlights.  The female was identified as Hernandez and had three outstanding warrants. A check was made on the moped and found that it had been reported stolen. Hernandez was subsequently arrested for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

Hernandez has fourteen prior convictions and is known to frequent the Waimanalo area.

4/11/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Jason PEREZ

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jason Perez who is wanted for two warrants totaling $100,000 for failure to appear for Sentencing/Review Hearing on

March 30, 2015, and two warrants totaling $ 111,000 for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of supervised release.

 

On July 14, 2014, at approximately 2:30 p.m., officers were sent to St.Louis Drive on a report of a motor vehicle accident. The officers met with a witness that stated that a male named Jason related that he was talking on his phone, misjudged the driveway, and rolled over a concrete slab.  The male told the witness that he had to go get cash to pay the tow truck driver and fled.  Officers arrived and found that the vehicle had been reported stolen in a burglary that occurred in the Waianae area.

 

At approximately 4:20 p.m., Officers were sent to Oswald Street on a report of an attempted burglary. The complainant stated that she was at home when she heard noises in her bedroom, she checked and observed and unknown male cutting the screen to the window. She yelled at the male who fled on foot.

At approximately 4:30 p.m., the complainant was asleep in her residence located on Bertram Street and woke up due to her dog barking.  She checked her home and found an unknown male searching in her son’s bedroom.  The male fled when he was confronted by the complainant. 

 

On July 17, 2014, officers stopped a vehicle in Haleiwa and identified the driver as Jason Perez. The vehicle was report stolen on July 14, 2014 from Kulawao Street.  Perez’s photo was shown to all complainants who positively identified him.  He was placed under arrest for Burglary in the First Degree, Attempted Burglary in the First Degree, Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle(2x’s),

Unauthorized Possession of Confidential Personal Information, Credit Card Theft, and Identity Theft.

3/14/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Robert MILES AKA Gino GEORGE

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Robert Miles who is wanted for three warrants totaling $33,000 for failure to appear for trial call on June 23, 2014.

 

On December 19, 2010, the complainant was driving his vehicle on Kalakaua Avenue when another vehicle nearly collided into his vehicle.  Both drivers exchanged words prior to stopping at a red light. The driver of the other vehicle approached the complainant and struck him while he was seated in his vehicle.

Police were called and identified the other driver as Miles who was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle.

 

On January 8, 2014, George was involved in an argument with his girlfriend that escalated to him assaulting her and causing injuries. Neighbors heard screaming and called police to the apartment on Nahua Street. George fled prior to the arrival of the police but was located near McCully Street after an All Points Bulletin was broadcasted. He was placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree, and Abuse of a Household Member.

 Age:          28 years old

Height:      5’3”

Weight:     141 lbs.

2/21/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Chino ALBERT

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Chino Albert who is wanted for $50,000 cash only warrant for failure to appear for further proof of compliance hearing on February 11, 2015.

On June 5, 2013, at approximately 11:35 p.m., officers were sent to Makiki District Park on an assault case. Upon arrival the officers met with a witness that observed three males hitting a male and provided descriptions of the suspects. An All Points Bulletin was issued and officers in the area located the three males near Lincoln Elementary. A field line up was conducted, and one of the males was postively identified as Albert and placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree. The victim was located near the skate park and transported to the hospital with injuries to his head.

2/14/2015 - Wanted Fugitive: Timothy HONEYCUTT Jr.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Timothy Honeycutt who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On February 2, 2012, at approximately 10 a.m., Police dispatch put out an All Points Bulletin for a stolen white Chevrolet four-door sedan taken from Kamehameha Highway and Pualalea Street.  Crime Reduction officers working in the area observed the stolen vehicle near the Dole Plantation at approximately 10:27 a.m., and followed it to Kilani Avenue. The officers approached the driver while he was stopped at a red light and identified him as Honeycutt. The vehicle was confirmed stolen and he was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Propelled Vehicle.

 Age:          29 years old

12/27/2014 - Wanted Fugitive: Joseph EASTMAN

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Joseph Eastman who is wanted for a $50,000 cash only Contempt warrant for failure to appear for HOPE warning hearing on

November 21, 2014.

 

On February 1, 2014, an officer was making a check of the Old Stadium Park bathroom and observed two males looking into a bathroom stall. The officer approached and observed a male in the stall with drugs and drug paraphernalia. The male was identified as Eastman and placed under arrest for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia. Eastman has six prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.

 Age:           34 years old

Weight:      190 lbs.

11/29/2014 - Wanted Fugitive: Bridget LANGAMAN

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Bridget Langaman who is wanted for a $20,000 Probation Revocation warrant for violating the terms and conditions of her probation.

 

On February 19, 2014, at approximately 5:12 p.m., officers were sent to

a report of a suspicious black Nissan Maxima on Mahani Loop with a female driver and three male occupants driving slowly in the area.  Officers located the vehicle being driven by the female on Kalihi Street and made a u-turn to stop the vehicle. The vehicle fled but was located on Ahuahu Place unoccupied with both doors opened.  A female matching the description of the driver was located nearby and identified as Langaman. Officers ran a check of the vehicle and found that it had been reported stolen on February 16, 2014, from Ala Ilima Street.  Langaman was placed under arrest for Unauthorized Control of a Motor Vehicle.

11/15/2014 - Wanted Fugitive: Isaac CHING

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Isaac Ching who is wanted for a $20,000 cash only Probation Revocation warrant for Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of HOPE probation.

 

On February 7, 2014, officers were conducted a plain clothes operation in the Kaimuki area due to numerous vehicles being broken into.  During the operation officers observed a male shatter the rear window of a parked vehicle, remove items from the back seat, then get into a white pickup truck driven by another male and flee.  The license number and description of the male was broadcasted and the vehicle was stopped near the Hawaiian Humane Society.  The male was identified as Ching and placed under arrest for Unauthorized Entry into a Motor Vehicle. While being searched due to the arrest drugs and drug paraphernalia were found in his front pocket.  Ching was arrested for Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree, and Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia.

5/3/2014 - Wanted Fugitive: Gregory KWIK

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating Gregory Kwik who is wanted for two $50,000 Contempt warrants for failure to appear for trial on April 9, 2014.

From October 30, 2012, through November 1, 2012, Kwik deposited checks from Central Pacific Bank to Hawaii National Bank checking account. The check from CPB came back to Hawaii National Bank as insufficient funds and resubmitted. The check was returned the second time as account closed. Kwik returned to the bank and deposited a check from Wells Fargo Bank and made cash withdrawals. The check was later found to be a counterfeit and Kwik was contacted to pay back the money. After several attempts to contact Kwik police were called and a theft case was initiated. The case was turned over to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney who accepted the case and charged Kwik with Theft in the Second Degree, and Forgery in the Second Degree.

On November 1, 2012, at approximately 4:00 p.m., a male entered Money Mart located on Atkinson Drive and attempted to cash a check from the Kahala Hotel. The cashier called the hotel to verify the check and found that the check was a counterfeit. Police were notified and identified the male as Kwik. He was arrested for Forgery in the Second Degree, and Attempted Theft in the Second Degree.
