8/7/2009 - Witnesses Wanted for Failure to Render Aid-News Release 035/09

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating a male wanted for questioning for Failure to Render Aid.

On June 2, 2009, at approximately 10:00 p.m. a bicyclist traveling east on Keeaumoku Street was struck by a vehicle traveling north on Keeaumoku Street. The driver of the vehicle stopped momentarily to check on the bicyclist then fled. The vehicle is described as a silver 2 door late model.

Age:  30’s

Hair:  Black, gelled, spiked 

Eyes:  Unknown wearing prescription glasses

8/7/2009 - Robbery Suspect Wanted - News Release 033/09

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating a male wanted for robbing Shafter Pawn Shop located at 1412 Middle Street.

The suspect entered the store, approached the glass showcase, reached over and grabbed several items of jewelry. The owner attempted to stop the suspect and was struck in the face.

The Suspect fled and was last seen getting into a white pickup truck driven by another male.

8/4/2009 - Theft Suspect Wanted

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for Theft in the Second Degree. On July 30, 2009, at approximately 3:40 p.m. a male entered the Diamond One Jewelry Store located at Pearlridge Shopping Center. He approached the counter and asked to try on a gold necklace. After placing it on his neck the male fled into the parking lot and was confronted by a retired Police Officer. A struggle ensued causing the suspect to drop the necklace and he fled. He was last seen getting into a silver Dodge, four-door near Kanuku Street. Suspect: Unknown male Race: Asian Age: 20’s Height: 5’8” Weight: 200 Hair: Black, wavy hair Clothing: Darl colored t-shirt, with white birds on the front, blue denim long pants

7/31/2009 - Attempted Murder Suspect Wanted

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public`s assistance in locating a male wanted for Attempted Murder on July 29, 2009 at approximately 12:05 a.m.

An officer, responding to a suspicious vehicle at the Best Buy in Pearl City was the victim of an attempted murder when the driver of a silver, 2007, four-door, Toyota Camry attempted to hit the officer while fleeing from the area.

Height:       5’9”-5`11"

Weight:      220-250lbs.

7/30/2009 - Sex Assault Suspect Wanted - News Release 029/09

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for inappropriately grabbing a female in the parking lot of Ala Moana Shopping Center located at 1450 Ala Moana Boulevard.

 

On December 18, 2008, at approximately 7:30 p.m. a female was loading the trunk of her vehicle and was approached from behind by an unknown male. The male asked her if she needed help then reached under her skirt.  The victim screamed and called for security.  The male was last seen running towards Barnes and Noble.

7/1/2009 - Attempted Sex Assault Suspect Wanted - News Release 027/09

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for Attempted Sexual Assault.

 

On June 30, 2009, at approximately 10:45 a.m., the juvenile male victim went to use the restroom at Kaimuki Middle School located at 631 18th Avenue.

The victim was using the restroom when the suspect exited from the handicapped stall.  He grabbed the victim from behind and dragged him into the stall. The victim called for help and after a brief struggle was able to flee from the restroom.

2/26/2009 - Sex Assault Suspect Wanted - News Release 009/09

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male wanted for sex assault.

 

On January 13, 2009, at approximately 3:15 p.m., a juvenile female went to use the restroom in the Waianae Gym located at 85-471 Farrington Highway. A male forced his way into the stall and sexually assaulted her.

The male fled when the victim screamed for help

Age:  30’s

Height:  6’0”

Weight:  Heavy Build

Clothing:  Black t-shirt, blue denim shorts, bandana, and a ear tunnel in his left ear.

2/26/2009 - Robbery Suspect Wanted - News Release 010/09

 CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male who is wanted for robbery. The robbery occurred at the Shell Gas Station Mini Mart located at 755 Kapahulu Avenue.

 

On January 31, 2009, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a male entered the store, approached the cashier, and demanded money and cigarettes.

The male fled on Kapahulu Avenue.

Height:  5’4”

Weight:  120-140

2/14/2008 - Attempted Robbery - News Release 018/08

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a male wanted for attempted robbery at Longs Drugs Store located at 925 California Avenue in Wahiawa.

On February 10, 2008 at about 2:15 p.m. an unknown male entered the pharmacy area of Longs Drugs, presented a demand note for Oxycontin and other medications and stated that he had a weapon. None was seen and the male fled the store when confronted by store employee. He was last seen in a maroon SUV or van parked a few blocks away.

On December 26, 2007 at about 7:30 p.m., a male entered Kalapawai Market located at 306 South Kalaheo Avenue. He brandished a rifle, demanded money and fled on foot towards Kailua Beach Park.

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a male wanted for Robbery and Terroristic Threatening.

On January 14, 2008 at about 12:50 a.m., a male entered the Checkout Convenience Store located at 2463 Kuhio Avenue.  He approached the cashier, demanded money, brandished a rifle, and fired several shots into the air. There were no reports of injuries. Suspect was last seen running mauka on Kapili Street.

Age:  30’s   

Height:  5’10”

Weight:  180 lbs.

Clothing:  Camouflage jacket, khaki shorts, black ski cap.

1/3/2008 - Attempted Murder Suspect Wanted - News Release 005/08

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a male wanted for attempted murder.

On January 2, 2008 at about 10:50 p.m., a group of people were waiting outside of an establishment at the McCully Shopping Center when they were confronted by a group of ten to fifteen males.  One of the males brandished a handgun and fired multiple shots into the crowd.  One person received minor injuries.

Age:  Late teens to early twenties

Weapon:  Stolen handgun recovered at the scene.

On December 23, 2007 at about 6:50 a.m., a male entered Papa Pantry in the Mahalo Gas Station located at 87-1942 Farrington Highway, brandished a knife and demanded money. The suspect fled on foot towards Waianae.

12/27/2007 - Identity Theft Suspect - News Release 100/07

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a male wanted for identity theft.

Between October 8, 2007 and October 29, 2007 a male was captured on video surveillance at an ATM machine located at 651 South King Street, making twenty- seven transactions using different ATM cards. Through investigation with Washington Mutual Bank in New York, it was determined that someone using personal information of all the victims had changed the PIN numbers via the telephone. Most of the victim’s still had their cards in possession. The male has been using the cards in Hawaii, Las Vegas and New York.
